Clear Eye certificates for the sire and the dam (if not on CEA register) or copies of Clear Eye certificates for the pups must be sent to the secretary Mercedes Bolton, PO Box 407, Round Corner, NSW 2158, before they can be listed. Clear Eye certificates must be copied and witnessed by a Justice of the Peace for presentation to the club or the original sighted by two committee members and a copy signed by those committee members.
If you want your name given to prospective buyers, please send a cheque for $20. In cases where members fail to provide all of the necessary information, (eg. Clear Eye certificates or a 3 Generation Pedigree), an additional $5 handling fee will be charged.
You must be a member of the Border Collie Club of NSW Inc for a period of 12 months preceding the date of the whelping before advertising or listing with the Puppy Sales Coordinator.
