NOMINATIONS FOR JUDGES FOR 2009 SHOWS & TRIALS
(Members Only)
As per the Constitution of the Club, nominations, are hereby invited for the Judges for Club Shows and Trials in 2007. (please use this form)
RULES:
1. One Judge for each category for each member.
2. Each member must sign and print his or her name on the nomination form.
3. Nomination forms must be sent by post to the Club Secretary, to reach her by 31 October, 2005.
4. If you do not wish to nominate a judge for a category, write N/A in the space provided.
Your nominations will be part of the process to determine the ten most nominated Judges for each category, and they will be listed in the November, 2005 Bordertales. You will be invited to vote on that list. After the voting is finalised, the most popular Judge will be invited to choose which Show/Trial they prefer, and the second most popular Judge will be offered the remaining Show/Trial. (Refer Clause 88 of Club Constitution)
The selection of judges by mail was implement by the Club to allow ALL members to have an input in selection of judges, whether or not they can get to a meeting. Please take the opportunity to nominate.
NOTE:
1. A Judge maybe nominated for more than one Obedience/Agility category.
2. Only nominations for Judges qualified in accordance with the relevant rules and regulations of the
RNSWCC Inc will be accepted.
3. Please ensure that the Judge you nominate for Novice Obedience is also qualified to Judge UD.
